Shreyas Talpade recovers after heart attack; Wife expresses gratitude for support

Bollywood actor Shreyas Talpade, 47, suffered a heart attack on Thursday and is currently undergoing recovery at Bellevue Hospital in Andheri, Mumbai. Shreyas, known for his roles in 'Iqbal' and the 'Golmaal' franchise had an angioplasty following the incident. According to close friend Bobby Deol, who spoke to Shreyas' wife Deepti, the actor's heart had stopped for ten minutes.

 Deepti later took to Instagram, expressing gratitude for the outpouring concern and updating that Shreyas is now in stable condition and expected to be discharged soon. The incident occurred after Shreyas returned home from the shoot of his upcoming movie 'Welcome to the Jungle.'

Deepti Talpade shared a health update on social media, acknowledging the support received and assuring everyone that Shreyas is in stable condition after the recent health scare. Shreyas, who collapsed at home, was rushed to the hospital where an angioplasty was promptly performed.

The medical team's swift response played a crucial role in his recovery, and the family requested privacy as he continues recuperating in the ICU. Shreyas Talpade, a versatile actor in Hindi and Marathi cinema, has left an indelible mark with his performances in films like 'Iqbal' and 'Dor' and the popular 'Golmaal' franchise.
